The Hamoki Countertop Twin Tank Gas Fryer provides increased frying capacity and flexibility from a compact 600 mm wide footprint.

Two separate frying tanks allow different foods to be cooked independently, helping busy restaurants, takeaways, food-to-go, and commercial kitchens manage multiple menu items and reduce flavour transfer between products.

Featuring an SS304 stainless steel tank and top panel, adjustable 120–200°C thermostatic temperature control, pilot flame standby, pulse ignition and flame-failure protection, it is designed for straightforward everyday commercial use.

A front-mounted oil drainage valve per tank makes emptying and cleaning easier, while the 9.5 L maximum working oil level provides practical frying capacity without the footprint of a larger floorstanding fryer.
