The Hamoki Countertop Single Tank Gas Fryer delivers reliable commercial frying performance from a compact 400 mm wide footprint, making it a practical alternative for restaurants, takeaways, cafés, pubs, food-to-go outlets, and other commercial catering environments where space is limited.

Featuring an SS304 stainless steel tank and top panel, adjustable 120–200°C thermostatic temperature control, pilot flame standby, pulse ignition and flame-failure protection, it is designed for straightforward everyday commercial use.

A front-mounted oil drainage valve makes emptying and cleaning easier, while the 9.5 L maximum working oil level provides practical frying capacity without the footprint of a larger floorstanding fryer.
