The Heavy duty Hamoki Gas Countertop Charbroilers are versatile and stylish cooking appliances designed for high-volume continuous use in demanding commercial kitchens and food establishments.
These heavy duty, compact, and efficient cooking devices feature gas-powered cast iron bar burners (each 20,000BTU/hr) positioned beneath a grate or grill surface to direct heat toward them, and are controlled every 12” width. They are specifically engineered for high-temperature grilling and searing, making them ideal for cooking various foods such as steaks, burgers, chicken, seafood, and vegetables.
The grill surfaces are stainless steel in the front and galvanised sides and back that retain and distribute heat evenly for consistent cooking results. Equipped with large oil collectors at the bottom, zinc alloy knob with chrome coating, standby pilot for easy start, these appliances are designed to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen environment.
