The Hamoki Gas Countertop Griddles with Chromed plates are versatile and stylish cooking appliances designed for commercial kitchens and food establishments such as restaurants, delis, cafeterias, and hotels.
These compact and efficient cooking devices feature a series of gas-powered U-shaped burners (each 30,000BTU/hr) positioned beneath a grate or grill surface, controlled every 12” width. They are specifically engineered for high-temperature grilling and searing, making them ideal for cooking a variety of foods such as steaks, burgers, chicken, seafood, and vegetables.
The griddles feature a smooth, wide, cooking surface made up of a stainless steel base with a layer of chromium plating on top, With galvanised stainless steel sides and back, this unit will retain and distribute heat evenly for consistent cooking results every time. Equipped with large oil collectors at the bottom, zinc alloy knob with chrome coating, standby pilot for easy start, these appliances are also designed to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen environment.
