The Hamoki BM-4x2 Wet Heat Bain Marie is a versatile commercial food warmer featuring two individual 4 litre round pots, allowing two different foods, sauces or accompaniments to be kept hot and ready for service from one convenient countertop appliance.

With an 8 litre total capacity, the twin-pot configuration is ideal for foodservice businesses that need greater menu flexibility without taking up excessive countertop space. Each pot can be used for a different product – from gravy and sauces to soups, curry, chilli, beans and other hot accompaniments.

The wet heat system uses a heated water bath to provide gentle, indirect warming around the food pots. This helps maintain an even holding temperature and is particularly well suited to sauces and liquid-based foods where controlled heat can help preserve consistency during service.

A key feature of the BM series is the integrated drainage tap, allowing the water bath to be conveniently emptied after use. Adjustable thermostatic control provides a 30°C to 85°C temperature range, giving operators control over the holding temperature to suit the food being served.
