The Hamoki BM-4 Wet Heat Bain Marie is a robust commercial countertop food warmer designed for keeping pre-cooked foods, sauces and accompaniments hot and ready for service.

Featuring a single 4 litre round pot, the BM-4 provides a practical balance between compact countertop dimensions and useful commercial holding capacity. It is ideal for frequently served products such as gravy, sauces, soup, curry, chilli, beans and other hot accompaniments.

Unlike the smaller BMP range, the BM series features an integrated drainage tap, allowing water to be conveniently emptied from the bain marie after use. This makes routine draining and cleaning easier, particularly where the appliance is used throughout regular service. The wet heat system gently heats the food container through a surrounding water bath, providing indirect and consistent warming. This is particularly useful for sauces and liquid-based foods where controlled heat can help maintain consistency during service.

Thermostatic temperature control provides an adjustable 30°C to 85°C operating range, while the 600W heating element delivers efficient hot-holding performance from a standard electrical supply. Built with a durable stainless steel structure, the BM-4 is designed for everyday professional use and includes heating and power indicators, high-limit protection and anti-slip feet for straightforward operation.
