The Hamoki BMP-7x2 Electric Wet Heat Bain Marie is a high-capacity commercial countertop food warmer featuring two generous 6.5 litre round pots, providing a practical solution for keeping larger quantities of two different foods hot and ready for service.

With a combined 13 litre capacity, the twin-pot design is ideal for busy foodservice operations that need more holding capacity without moving to a larger multi-container bain marie. Use each pot for a different product – such as curry and rice accompaniments, two soups, gravy and sauce, chilli, beans or other hot menu components.

The wet heat system provides gentle, indirect warming around the pots, helping maintain an even holding temperature while reducing the harsh direct heat that can affect the consistency of sauces and liquid-based foods during prolonged service.

An adjustable thermostat provides a 35°C to 95°C temperature range, allowing operators to select an appropriate holding temperature for the food being served. Despite its generous 13 litre total capacity, the BMP-7x2 operates at just 600W, making it an efficient countertop solution for maintaining pre-cooked foods at serving temperature.

Constructed from durable stainless steel for everyday commercial use, the unit also features heating and power indicators, high-limit protection and anti-slip feet for straightforward operation in professional kitchens.
