The Hamoki BMP-4x4 Electric Wet Heat Bain Marie is a high-capacity commercial countertop food warmer featuring four individual 3.5 litre round pots, providing a versatile solution for keeping multiple foods, sauces and accompaniments hot and ready for service.

With a combined 14 litre capacity, the four-pot configuration allows operators to offer a greater variety of hot products from a single countertop unit. Each pot can be used for a different menu item, making the BMP-4x4 particularly useful for sauces, gravy, soups, curry, chilli, beans and other hot accompaniments.

The wet heat system provides gentle, indirect warming around the pots, helping maintain consistent serving temperatures without applying harsh direct heat to the food. This makes it particularly suitable for products that need to remain warm for extended service periods while maintaining their consistency.

An adjustable thermostat provides a 35°C to 95°C temperature range, giving operators control over the holding temperature, while the 1.2kW heating system supports the larger four-pot capacity. Unlike longer inline multi-pot warmers, the BMP-4x4 arranges its four pots within a practical rectangular footprint, making efficient use of countertop space while keeping all four products easily accessible during service.
