Refund policy

Returned items may be accepted at our discretion and must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to begin.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@hamoki.co.uk. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it for you.

Costs of return
We will pay for the cost of return:
(a) if the products are faulty, or

(b) if you are ending the purchase because you are informed of an upcoming change to the product or these terms, an error in pricing due to events out of our control,

In all other circumstances:
You are responsible for the costs of return, unless otherwise agreed.
Please note:

  • A restocking fee of 25% of the original order value will apply to all approved returns.
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable and will not be credited.
  • Any credit issued applies to the product value only, less the applicable restocking fee.

This fee reflects the reasonable costs incurred in handling, inspection, repackaging, and any reduction in resale value.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will issue the credit notes to you, or you can claim to refund via your original payment method.

Consumer Rights Clarification
Nothing in the above affects statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Where goods are confirmed to be faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, remedies will be provided in line with statutory obligations. In such cases, no restocking fee will apply, and reasonable costs (including standard delivery) will be addressed in accordance with the Act.

Where goods are not faulty and are returned by agreement, a 25% restocking charge will apply to reflect handling and depreciation. Original delivery charges are non-refundable as the service has been completed. This does not affect statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which apply where goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.
