The Hamoki Countertop Electric Fryer (EF-132) is a compact, powerful 2 x 13 litre countertop electric fryer ideal for fresh or frozen chips (36 kg/hr fresh output). Use the EF-132 for frying foods with a strong flavour e.g. garlic mushrooms or plaice fillets to avoid contaminating the oil of your main fryer.
